Can I climb home loan with base as my provident fund account?

I want to know if it is possible for me to climb the home loan with the help of my provident fund account? If so what all things to be followed for that? Can you please explain me the entire procedure to follow? Thanks.

    Dear Aspirant,

In order to get home loan, you must contact the bank in your location. The bank will guide you to get the said loan.To my mind,You must have plot in your or your wife's name.If you have the plot, you will have to get passed the map of the proposed home from the concerned authority preferably muncipality along with the approved estimate.

Your service security is enough to get house loan.In this connection you will be required to submit the approved salary slip from your controlling officer to the concerned bank.

In details, you can know from the bank from where you would like to get the said loan.It will be better to contact the SBI in your area for loan.

    Thanks & good luck.

Dear aspirant no there is no chance provident fund is created by the employer and employee for the purpose of safety of future so that you can not utilise the provident fund for the purpose of home loan.only there is scope for you that you can take an lump sump advance from provident fund then you can use that advance amount various purposes but there is no claim that I will repay my home loan by direct debit to my provident fund a/c.

    Thank you,
