well you didn't mention how many months you are working in that company. If you break the bond, some companies will ask to pay some amount in 5 to 6 digits.
Also you want to act according to their rules and regulations since you have signed in that. If not, This may be one of the negative in your CV. It wont show good opinion, if you find job in other company. Taking decision is according to your personal option.

Re: Can I break the Bond with a newly joined company?

    Dear,

No one can stop you from leaving a company if you have decided to do so. But bond breach have both its negative points and positive point depending on the time period you have spend in the company and the bond amount you will have to pay. This will have no effect on your career until unless you handle the situation smartly. But before taking up this actions, ensure the following points -

    1. Do you have a back up plan like back up job or planning for the higher studies ... anything that can justify your gap in case you are not joing any company immediately.
    2. Do you really want to leave the company, if yes then find out the reasons. If you can get the causes solved, then I will suggest you to stay with the company.

After looking at all the aspects, if you still find that you are not comfortable with the present job , then again you have two options -

    1. Of you have been in the company for hardly 2 or 3 months, then you can leave the job without any hesitation, and then you need not pay the bond amount. the repercussion will be that you will not get your experience letter. And truly speaking it wont matter, that 2 3 months experince wll harm you more than working in your favour. Many question can be asked by you by your employer and you might get messed up with your own decision. So its better to leave and never show that experince( Though it seems un ethical to follow this step but that is true picture of the corporate sector.)

    2. If you have spend some considerable period with the company, then I would suggest you to kindly follow the procedure and take your experience letter. TRy negotiating over the bond amount with your company. That will be now in your benefit.

Always consider everything before taking any step and dont take any decision hastefully. and always remember as Abdul Kalam ji said -" Always love your job, dont love your company".

    Wishing you a bright future
    Thanks

Yes you can break the bond. But not by going directly, you need not break the bond if you did like.
If you say them that you need to quit then they will ask for the bond break up money if any and you will get the experience letter also.
But if your stay in the company is few months and you dont need the experience certificate then you can go
late to the company and take unannounced leave then they will send you out without asking for the money.

    Dear friend,
A bond has been made up with a certain rules and regulations, you cann't break them because each and everything has got mentioned on paper, it is also possible that in some companies they take some advance cash which is totally refundable when the duration of that bond has completely over. Mostly the minimum duration decided by the companies of a bond is at least 6 months or higher. This is your choice to break the contract but according to me it will effect negatively on your profile, so be careful to make any decision.

    Thanks.

If you break the bond with a newly joined company it will create negative impression ,and it will create difficulty in searching new job, most of the companies ask you to pay very large amount if you want to break the bond.according to me you should not break the bond otherwise you have to pay very large amount,or you have to be very clear before signing the bond, you can search for the company in which there is no bond condition.

Actually you cannot break the Bond. Compulsory you need to work in the company based on agreement in bond. If you break the bond you need to pay the money to the company. If the agreement is for one year. Then definitely you have to work for one year. Otherwise you have to pay your one year salary to the company. And the company will not give your certificates until you pay the money.

If you want leave the job then you have to find the correct reason.
So better to work until Bond period.

    Thank you

Well every company has its own policy of penalizing employees if they break bond. If you break the bond or leave the company in the middle of bond period then you will be asked to pay penalty or you will be dragged to court. The term fresher applies to those who pass in the current academic year and doing job in that current period , as long as you are a recent passout graduate you are considered as a fresher no matter for how many months you work in that year.

    Hi,

It's 99% risk factor to break the bond after joining the company .

If your ready enough to pay the bond breaking penalty amount mentioned as in the bond agreement , Go ahead else there is no other way

Health issues , Maternity issues nothing will be considered as reason for Breaking the bond .

Wait till the bond period and give a notice prior to 2 months of the bond period expiration date . so that you can resign your job immediate
    expired bond date

Whatever you do , Plan Well and Proceed

As you are a fresher so I suggest you to please do not break the bond with the comapny as it affects your future. I suggest you to please continue with your current company and gain experience there. After you complete your bond you can leave the company any time with proper resignation letter and you will also receive your experience letter and can find a better job with that experience. If you want to break the bond then you have to pay the amount mention in the bond, which is a very high amount. Moreover if you willing to break the bond then you will not get your experince letter and the time you spend with the company will be of no use. So please continue your bond and have experience letter for better future.

    dear sir/madam
I advice to read the positive as well as negative condition to join the new company.

Positive condition for joining the new company are as:
    1. what % of your salary were increment per year.
    2. what % of your salary is more as compare to old one.
    3. the position of new company in the world or in india.
    4. what position you are in that company is that of your level.

Negative condition for joining the new company are as:
    1. if you are joined new company the contact were brake form old one. No one is help in new company if you doing wrong work or not be on time the senior were told you in bed manner.
    2. you in pressure and fell uncomfortable.

In the last I told you that dont take the decision fast think about. the you were taken decision is coming from heart not from mind.

Hi guest, You can break the bond but it is advisable not to do that. Since you are fresher, started your carrier, you need not to start with a bad impression. If you break the bond , you have to pay the amount stated in the bond which is usually very large. And the company will not issue any kind of experience letter. I would suggest you to work within the period stated in the bond and then you can leave the company and join another company with a experience letter. Thanx

    NO You can't.

does have a duplicate set up like copy job or designing for the upper studies \. something which will justify your gap in case you are not modify of integrity any company straightaway.
does require to depart the corporate, if affirmative then conclude the explanations. If you'll get the causes resolved, then i'll recommend you to stick with the corporate.

No will cease you from hard work an organization in the event you have got set to try & do therefore. however bond breach have each its negative purposes & positive point reckoning on the timeframe you have got pay within the company & therefore the bond quantity you'll must be compelled to pay. this may haven't any result on your career till unless you handle matters well. however before taking over this actions, make positive the following points -

Of you have got been within the company for not very a pair of or months, then you'll leave the duty with none hesitation, then you wish not pay the bond quantity. the repercussion are that you won't get your expertise letter. & speaking it wont matter, that a pair of months expertise can destroy you operating in your favor. several query will be asked by you by your leader & you might get tousled together together with your own call. therefore its higher to depart & ne'er show that experience( although it looks global organization moral to follow this step however that is true picture of the company sector.)

one time gazing all the aspects, in the event you continue to notice that you don't appear to be snug with this job , however you have got two choices -

In the event you have got pay some hefty amount with the corporate, then i'd recommend you to kindly follow the procedure & take your expertise letter. attempt negotiating over the bond quantity together together with your company. that may be currently in your profit.
continually take in to account everything before taking any step & dont take any call haste . & continually bear in mind as Abdul Kalam terrorist group same -" continually love your job, dont love your company".

    Hi ,

Breakage of bond is not advisable one.

If your are not interested you should have not joined before getting into the company.

After joining into the company and being a fresher breakage of bond has many effects.

    This might affect your carrier.

If you wanna break the bond you should be ready to pay the penalty.

Else wait until your bond completes and gain experience.

    Thanks !!!

As you have not mentioned the total details i "ll suggest by giving some cases:

case:1..:If the company z unable to pay the salary then u can break the bond....by registering a case against that company..

case 2: if you are not satisfied with the work culture...in that case while leaving u have to pay the bond amount..

case 3: if u are getting 2 times more package than this company then with out any hesitation break the bond by giving the bond amount..

    Hello

See before you get into any job you sign a bond. If you break it then you have to pay the fine for it. In TCS its 50000 rs.

So if you can afford to pay that much money then go ahead and break the bond.

Second thing is why do you want to break the bond? If you have a very good offer in other companies or you got a seat in some good colleges for higher studies.

In these rare cases do break the bond and plan your future else its really not worth it.

    Thank you

    Dear friend ,

As you are a fresher there is a bond in the company , you want to break it.

It depends upon the company what type of bond they do.

If there is service bond they take original certificate from you , after your bond ends they return it to you in this case can not break it.

Some company has money bond ,if you break you have to give the money they write in the bond.

some company take money before the bond and return after bond ends in this case you cannot break ,if you break you can not get your money.

as you are a fresher i suggest you not to break bond , if you do this you cannot get experienced letter from the company.

    All the best..............

Re: Can I break the Bond with a newly joined company?

    Hello,

The main aim of the companies to make you sign a bond is that , when a fresher leaves company the company faces loss.
Because they have spent a lot of many to train the newly joined.
So its not good to leave a company after the training period.
However if leaving the company is must and you have no other alternative than , you should not wait for anything.

There are a few setbacks of leaving a company:
1.You will have to pay some money as the fine in the company for breaking the bond
2.You can be dragged int a lawsuit by the company.
    3.The company can blacklist you.

all these reasons are the setbacks.
So think carefully before you make any decision.

    -All the best

Please do not break the bond unless the opportunity you have in hand is really better and in current opportunity you do not see any future.
Because once you break the company, you need to pay hefty bond amount and even it will recorded so it will be problem for you in future to join back same company.
But still if you feel current company is really smaller and there is no future and you have better opportunity in hand then you can go ahead with your decision of breaking bond.

    Regards

    Hi Aspirant,
Firstly I would like to say that please mentioned your time period of security bond. Bond is use for security issue between candidate &
    Company.
Once you break the bond you need to pay the bond amount which is fully decided by company rule & regulations terms.
Company can blacklist you for future term.
this is fully harmful for you.
hence think carefully before making any decision.
    thanking you!!!!
    Best of Luck

    Hi friends,
    * Breakage of bond is not advisable one.

    * If your are not interested you should have not joined before getting into the company.

    * After joining into the company and being a fresher breakage of bond has many effects.

    * This might affect your carrier.

    * If you wanna break the bond you should be ready to pay the penalty.

    * Else wait until your bond completes and gain experience.

I hope that this information is to you friends.

    Hi,

If you are getting good opportunity then yes you can break the bond but the thing is that you have to submit the amount as a penalty, If you are a fresher then you should not break the bond as it will harm you in which you have to pay the amount as well as you will loss your job, So until and unless you get a bright opportunity do not go for the change.

Now a days companies usually inform the new company also to not to accept the application of such candidate and reject their selection.

    So beware

    Thanks

Hi.. I dont think you should try to break the bond with a newly joined company or any company in fact as it will be a blotch on your resume and will give a bad impression on your further employers if they come to know about it..

If you really have a lucrative job offer which you cannot resist then you may think of breaking the bond and going for the other job otherwise dont even think about it..

Also if you break the bond you will be liable to pay the penalties as stated under the rules of the company..

    Think wisely..Best of luck..Thanks

No.You can not break the service bond of company. In case of you break the service bond and not follow to the company's instruction , company can claim to you.
At the time of recruitment , company deal with you by company's sign agreement and if you are satisfied with it , then you can sign the bond of company's service and you can join.
All the Instruction mention in the company's bond sing agreement. If you are agree with that , then and then you can join the company.

Now , after the bond sign agreement , if you break the bond then it's your mistake and for that you have to pay specified rupees as per company's bond sign agreement.

When you break the bond , company give a notice that you have to pay Rs. within the last date or Rejoin the company within 15 days.
If you not follow the company's these either instruction, then company will claim to you about that and about your sign agreement.
In the case of break the service bond , company also not provide the Joining letter or Experience Letter to you.

Re: Can I break the Bond with a newly joined company?

    Yes friend,

You can break the company bond after joining.Don't if you appointed in any company then you have a rights to break the bond at any time after one month or after one year that depends on your interest.
----> Remember if you want to break the bond you need to pay the money. The how much money you have to pay is depends on the company terms and conditions. So,before joining in any company read the terms and conditions perfectly and then join.
If it is good company then do the job until bond completed and then take resign and then join in another company.
The company is good then don''t change the company because it will create some problems while searching the jobs.

    Thank you.............

    Hello,

Yes you can break the bond.

But you have to pay a huge amount as compensation to the company.

You may not get a experience certificate.

it may affect your career in long term.

Being a fresher you must not take this step .

    Thank you

    Dear Guest,

    * Yes, you can break bond but you have to pay bond money which you signed.

    * Also you willn't get any experience certificate if you haven't reasonable sufficient reasons for doing so.

    * If you are afresher then it may effect your career as it shows untrustable impression upon others regarding you.

Re: Can I break the Bond with a newly joined company?

    Hi friend

Its certainly not advisable to you to break a bond as you have to face the consequences if you do so..As you are a fresher it will be a bad mark on your reputation and you will certainly have difficulty in finding a new good job..So if you are not satisfied with your job its better if you atleast complete the bond period and in the meanwhile try to find a new job which will suit you..

Firstly i think you should try to adjust to your new work environment as adjustments are certainly required whenever you will join a new company so you may have to face this same problem everytime you join a new job so its better you try to adjust now itself..

Even after trying your best you are not able to adjust to your work environment its better that atleast you complete your bond period and then resign .

Take a wise decision and dont get into anything illegal..Good luck..God Bless

    Hi aspirant

    1. Never break a bond and get into illegal things
    2. Leave the company only after your bond period is over
    3. You should not have joined if you are going to break the bond like this..Have some responsibilty
    4. If you have got an oportunity elsewhere talk to your boss and plead him to relieve you
    5. Dont take any stupid action imn haste and complete all the formalities
    6. Breaking of bond will lead to fine and maybe even a case against you
    7. Your future will be spoiled.

    Good luck

no you can not break the bond with the company.if you break the bond company will take legal action against you..remember that you have signed the bond papers with the company that means you have understood the terms and conditions of the company.. If you break the bond you need to pay all training expenditure spent by the company, repay the salary they have given you.

    Hello Friend,

yes,you can break the bond, but you have to give the bond amount what your company decided.
But this is not good for your carrier.
If you wont pay,you will not get your experience certificate from the company rather the company may declare you abscond for which in future you wont be able to join the same company.

You had not give me details about reason of breaking the Bond. Also you had not told me the actual time you are working in the company.

    >>I suggest you not to break the Bond without proper reasons.

    >>Some company will ask you to pay some amount from Rs.50,000/- to Rs.2,00,000/-

    >>Also it is going negative on your CV.

So only break the bond if you are getting good job or you have better reason.

I hope the information will help you.

    Best of Luck.........
