    Can I attach my offer letter instead of experience letter to apply for Government sector?

    I am working with a private organization and have applied in Government sectors for job. For that i need to submit my experience letter. My current employer denied to give me the same as I am still in job. Can I attach my offer letter instead of experience letter? Or what can I do?

    Exeperience certificate has the more good chance then a offer letter to geting a job in any private or government job.
    Always you must remember your previous corporate as there you have learnt about the product and how to bring the same to clients desk andhow can you make them happy with our quality service and maintaining good relationship with them and in market.
    These are most importantly that quality repo in market create you a chance of your lifetime achievement not surprisingly to attend a interview and join with your corporate. Due to the abovefurnished reason I am resigned my present job.
    So you should not attech any offer letter because it will show a negative thoughtness.

    It would be best to attach your experience letter to apply for government sector.

    If you attach your offer letter it wont have any details about your experience and your knowledge.

    Only your experience letter can portrait you in best manner.

    Experience letter can bring confident about you by the employer.

    Experience letter will contain the skills your expert in it but where as offer letter will only have the offer details from the company.

    The employer will not know whether you joined that company or not .only if have experience letter they will know that you have worked in that company.

    Friend ..you can attach offer letter issd.by the company instead of experience letter to apply for a govt.sector job.but as you are going to apply for govt.job you will not get better weightage so fryiend attach your experience letter which will yeild better result to get appropriate job in govt.office also it will help to enhance your salary as per experience.rather you attach offer letter it will carry less weightage for the purpose it indicates you got job then they will begin to say why you did not join to that company?reason for leaving etc.so you are sure to attach experience certificate instead of offer letter.

    job.Offer letter is not important so do not attach and you attach only experience letter is good for get a

    government job.offer letter private company does not matter only experience important everwhere private

    in govt sector there is no need to attach offer letter or experienced letter when you are applying.

    How to apply there is a particular format clearly written in advertisement when vacancies out.

    If you clear written then in interview you have to produce experienced letter if they demand otherwise not.

    When you leave the company then they give you experienced letter.

    Hi. I think if you have worked in any previous companies before joining this one you should attach the experience letters of those companies to your documents.

    As for the current company you are working in you can surely attach the offer letter. Also you can attach other related documents related to your project in this company which will show your experience here.

    Also try to write in your resume about your work and achievements in this company.

The offer letter may be used an replacement of the experience but it does not have enough weightage. If you are serving the notice period, then you can submit the application of it. The offer letter does not have any details except the offer date, companies name and job details whereas the experience letter give complete details how many years you worked in the company, your position and working etc. At the time of interview, you must try to understand the intervieweer.
