    Can HR demand for offer letter when an employee’s leave the organization on the ground that he has got good opportunities?

    I am working in this call center from past 1 year. I have finished MSW. Now I have got an opportunity to work as an HR Coordinator in Wipro. I have applied for resignation and HR is asking to provide me the offer letter of the company. Can a HR demand for offer letter from me on the ground that I have got good opportunities? Kindly suggest.

    Hi Friend,
    Current company HR should not ask you about the offer letter of your joining company.
    Hope you are not discussing about your counter offer. If you are trying to get hike or promotion in current role posing you have offer in hand, that time some HR might ask you to show the offer letter so that they can revise your current compensations. If this is not the case then they can not ask offer letter of joining company for a person who is leaving organisation.

    As prr organisational policy once you put your resignation paper your relieving date will be from date of submitting resignation letter till you complete serving notice period. After you complete serving notice period you will be relieved. There is no other way company can hold you back if there is no further contractual obligations.

    Hi I dont think that HR has any right to ask you about your offer letter. You have the right to resign from the company whenever you please and you dont need to give any clarification for that.

    Your HR is certainly wrong here and you should not let him take advantage of you. You just have to serve the notice period in advance and resign.

    If your new company asks you about the documents of your previous company then its genuine but your current company cant ask you about the offer letter of the new company.

    Yes, as HR may want to confirm that if you are really speaking true or not. But there is no need to prove that, no one in the company has the right to ask for the proof of leaving the company until and unless there is any such policy mentioned by the company, as you are leaving the company with proper procedure and method. I recommend you to please contact to senior management in the company if HR creates any problem in providing you with the resignation letter.

    NO, there is no Such rule like that.HR cannot demand the offer letter of your Next company.
    It has nothing to do with this company
    These are just the ways to stop employees from leaving the company

    Till the time you are resigning by following the notice period rule of the compnay, HR should not ahve any problem.
    So do not show your offer letter to them and just say that you have are resigning as per the rules of the company and you should be released on the alst day as per the notice period requirements of the company.

    Dear Aspirant,

    To my mind it is not needed when you are not in the bond period.Better see the terms & conditions of your appointment letter & follow it.You must give the notice period & or remit the amount of money if it is needed by your call centre as per the terms & conditions of your appoitment.Even if you show the photo copy of your call aetter to the HR,it will meet his purposes & you will loose nothing.Remember the call letter is not the appointment letter.Be sure of joining in new company before leaving the previous one.

    Hi,


    Its mandatory to issue the notice period before resignation

    Since you have said the reason as got opportunity in other company

    Just for verification this process is done so

    Its nothing wrong in showing the Offer Letter to the company if they ask for it

    After the notice period , you can ask for the experience cert and leave the company

    Completer all your works allocated to you that have your dependencies

    HR do have rights to ask about the salary or offer letter or the reason to leave this organization but there is no obligation for the candidate to answer all the queries. They can also deny it and don't provide offer letter of that company where the candidate is going to work or has got good opportunity to work with the company. Most of the HR also ask the offer letter of the candidate just to enhance further policies or to update rules in their organization in that such circumstances.

    Dear, asker be careful about this this is not mention anywhere in hr. Role and responsibilities. Actually this is because you have been worked in this company and have gain experienced for the last one year that why they want you to stop you of being leaving the job. So dear if if you like the job for which you have offer in your hand then you can proceed but don't show this offer letter to any one in the organisation simply tell that you have no longer interest in the call center job thats why leaving the job as per the company rule.

    Current company time unit mustn't raise you regarding the supply letter of your connexion company.
    Hope you're not discussing regarding your counter supply.     i do not suppose that time unit has any right to raise you regarding your supply letter. you have got the proper to resign from the corporate whenever you please and you do not got to offer any clarification for that.

    Your time unit is actually wrong here and you must not let him benefit of you. you only have to be compelled to serve the notice amount before and resign.

    If your new company raises you regarding the documents of your previous company then its real however your current company cant ask you regarding the supply letter of the new company.
