    Can a company terminate an employee who is working from client side or from third party?

    Some of the employees in our company are working on third party contract and client side. If an employee from third party contract or client side is found guilty of doing something wrong in our premises, can we take against them? If yes, what is the procedure for the same?

    If an employee from the third party contract or client side found guilty of doing some thing wrong in your premises , you cannot

    take action against him since that person is not in your roll. But you can very well request the contractor in whose roll guilty

    person is there to take action that person. Then that contractor is legally liable to enquire about such incident and take necessary

    action against that person. If any action is taken by the contractor then you will not be liable for the same since that person is not

    in your roll.

    Hi friend

    If someone is doing something wrong in your premises , you certainly should do something about it and not just sit quietly and endure such irresponsibility and wrongdoings..As he is not your employee you cant directly act against him but you can certainly contact his boss or manager and complain him regarding the same..

    Or you can also make a police complaint if the matter is really serious but do contact his senior officials before taking such steps as it may affect the reputation of your company..

    So do what is just and what is in your hands..Such people who do such low things and show their irresponsibility should certainly be punished so that they learn their lessons and dont repeat such things in future
