Can a company give reference to another in other city for newlywed female employee of prior?

We have seen that if a government employee who is female get transferred if she get married to another city and have to change her residence. But are there any norms in private organisations that if such employee has to change her residence to another city, she will get such benefits?

    Hello,

There are no such written norms, but yes you can get that facility if you have had good rappot with your senior manager.Senior managers make such recommendations. And if you had shown good performance in your last job and had good rappot with your boss, then they can make recommendation for you in the new company where you have decided to join.In such case you have to approach to your old boss to make such recommendation for you.
