Hello Sir....
It is possible that a charitable trust may terminate employee without notification.. But it depends upon the charitable trust you have joined... But if its a trustable org. then it will notify the employee must.. But you may contact your seniors or boss for your org. rule and information....
Dear Aspirant,
Since you are a permanent employee, you can not be terminated without notice period. As per the terms & conditions of your appointment, you may be given 1 to 3 months notice period by the trust before your termination from the service.I think you are having few financial accounts related to EPF & others, you are required to serve you the notice before termination.
It also depends upon the policy of your trust. But in general,A permanent employee can not be terminated without giving prior notice for the period of 1 to 3 months.
You may contact your management to know the existing policy of the trust.
Thanks.
Ashok
Hello...............
.........Friend...............
The trust can terminate it's employees without notifying them. But it depends on your designation.
If your holding a higher level in the trust then a notice have to be given to you on what circumstances you are going to be terminated........
But permanent employees should be given a notice by the trust before 2months of the termination.
These type of laws also vary from trust to trust.............
First your duty is you have to check the rules of the trust and consult the legal advisor and explain this situation..............
May hope you can get out of this situation........................
All the best.................
Hi friend
I dont think your trust can terminate you without giving you proper notification whether you have experience or not..No company or organization can do such a thing ..You will be certainly be warned beforehand if you do some mistake ..And i think you should not worry about such things unless you have done something wrong and are at fault..Its better you concentrate on your work and give your 100% to your work..Then i am sure you will not give any reason to your company to terminate your services..
So dont worry about such things and give your best effort in whatever you do and try to do everything intelligently and crreatively..You certainly have a bright future ahead..For that you should have self belief and determination and the ability to overcome any problem..Your charitable trust wil certainly be proud to have you as their employee..
Good luck..God Bless![]()
