    Boss shortens sanctioned leave without prior notice

    My boss takes liberty with leaves. He has cut short my leave as there is a conference in another town. He wants me to take care of the office in his absence. I have subtly told him that I didnít like it but he refuses to adhere to my words. It is getting way too much to handle, please help.

He should try to find some other solution to his problem and should let you come back only after your leave is over. You hope that he understands your point and thus does not take so much liberty in dealing with the leaves of his employees.
