    Hi,

As you have lend the money on your own trust, you cannot blame any body else.
you must directly go to that employee and ask for the money to be returned.
It is very irresponsible fo the employee to not to return the money back even after 6 months.

So,You yourself have to take steps to get your money back.
If he had forgot about the money, then he will surely return to you.
You should be strict to him so that he gives back your money.

Or if he says he does not have money now.
Then ask him to give it in installments.
This will surely help you out.

    All the best
