Boss is not listening to my complaints

I am working in a private MNC company. I generally have good relations with my colleagues. But recently some of my colleagues have been harassing me. They try to interfere in my work and disturb my peace. When I tried to complain to my boss regarding this, he is not paying any attention. What should I do now? Whom to complain?

    =================================

    Hi friend,
Hope you are in good health and good state of mind!
It's always a treat and fun to answer your queries.
I also appreciate the confidence that you have shown in us!

See,my friend, each and every organization has it owns culture and climate.
This culture is used to distinguish one organization from another.
The culture basically lays down the guidelines that must be followed by the employees of that organization.
In case an employee violates these guideline, then strict action must be taken against him.
This is done so that the image of the organization does not take a hit in the market.

Comfort of the employees should be given utmost importance.
It is these employees that work day and night to fulfill the dreams of an organization.
Hence it is the duty of the organization to take care of their employees.
Since your colleagues are harassing you, this is not good.
You must talk to your Boss separately and tell this thing to him.
If he's neglecting you, then you should tell him that such acts are disturbing the climate and violating the rules of the organization.
Tell him that the performance of the employees is going down because of such incidents.
Hence the organization goals will not be achieved on time if such incidents keep happeneing in the organization.
Tell him that this is a very serious issue and steps must be taken as soon as possible so that each and every employee of the organization feels comfortable working in the organization with full dedication.

I'm sure when you'll tell all these things to your Boss,he will surely take some action to counter this menace!

I hope I have answered all your doubts.
It was a pleasure answering your queries.
Hope that you'll come up with some more challenging queries!
    Till then,take care.
    Bye!

Re: Boss is not listening to my complaints

    Hi aspirant

Your boss should understand his responsibility and try to help his employees in solving their problems. He should not ignore the employees grievances and try to patiently listen to them. He should try to solve the problems of his employees and take unbiased decisions. Not paying attention to the employees problems is not the solution.

So you must go and speak to your boss again regarding your problem. Tell him that some of the employees are interfering in your work and disturbing your peace. You have told them to stop this behaviour but they are not listening to you. So you have to come to him at last. So you request your boss to solve your problem so that you can concentrate on your work and maintain consistency in your performance. I am sure he will respond to you.

Try and you will certainly succeed. Good luck friend
