Boss himself found smoking while the employees are not allowed to

I am working in a private firm. Smoking is very strictly prohibited by our management and there is a very severe punishment for anyone who is found smoking at our workplace. So as a result no one dares to smoke here. But recently some of the employees saw our boss smoking inside the office premises but no action was taken against him. I don’t think this is fair. How to deal with such injustice?

    hello..

Friend you are saying injustice ??
But in what way , He is smoking and you cannot , it means you want to smoke in your office, friend if you are really sincere for your job than don't compare you with your boss because if he will catch you smoking , he may fire you and watching him smoking as a employee , what can you do , you can't fire him. Understand one thing that I cannot give you answer of such a question that how to take permission to smoke in office.
    Be good at your work.

See in any case you can't take any action against him, understand he is your boss.

Actually the reason why it is not allowed to smoke in the office is that if you will smoke than there can be a problem to an employee who doesn't smokes.

This will create unnecessary problems in the office and thus the work will be effected.

And also like you if all the other employees will start smoking than imagine how your office environment would be.

Its for your and other employees benefit that you are prohibited from smoking.

Remember one thing boss is a boss and if you try to do against him it will unnecessary cause problems to you.

So don't think of it much, if any action have to be taken it is the work of higher authorities if they find him breaking rules.
