Boss did fraud in agreement to work Abroad for four years

I had an agreement of four years to work in abroad of which I didnít took the papers with me in good faith of company. My boss did a fraud by adding an extra 1 year bond to it and if not fulfilled will deduct my one year performance straight away. What would I do?

    Dear Aspirant,

Betrayal is a common phenomena in human life.So you are required to be very careful in dealing with others.Of course,It is true that no one can move without belief, but it depends upon the situations & man. When deal is important, you should be very careful.

Now ,you can ask your boss for the same.See what replies you get.If you are not satisfied, you can meet your manager HR & still higher authority to inform & get rid of your problem.

If you don't get any solution, get support of your colleagues who can meet your boss & others officials to get you justice. If no positive result is found, you will have to condole yourself & try for other good jobs while working here.

    Thanks & good luck.

    Dear,
If your boss has done fraud with you then you ask for help from the higher authorities of your firm, otherwise you can ask help from the consumer forum.
Today the government's this department sort out such kind of problem legally.
And If your boss is found to be guilty he will have to pay for it.
You need not to be worry as it is a kind of your exploitation, hence you have the right to complaint against it, just show some courage.

    Hi aspirant

Its really sad that such a thing should happen with you when you had so much faith in your company and your boss. Your boss certainly should not have misused his power in such a way and should have definitely not cheated you. But now what is done can't be undone. You should certainly not sit quietly and raise your voice against such injustice. Firstly you should try and communicate with your boss and meet him personally if possible.

Tell your boss that when you made the agreement to work abroad, he told you that it was for 4 years. You didn't take the papers with you in good faith of the company. But now you have been really shocked when you eventually found out that he has done fraud with you by adding an extra year bond to the agreement failing which 1 year of your performance will be deducted. You want a proper explanation for such a fraud and if anything can be done to change the situation.

Now if your boss realises his mistake and is ready to help you its ok, but if not you should straightaway report this matter to the higher authorities and I hope that they will be able to help you. I hope that you get justice.Good luck and thanks
