Boss borrowing my driver for his personal work

I am working in a MNC. In our company all the senior employees are provided with chauffeur driven cars. Now my bossís driver has been unwell since the past few days. So he has been borrowing my personal driver to carry out his chores. So I am facing a lot of difficulty in carrying out my tasks. How to make my boss realise of my situation?

    hi
the behavior of your boss is not right, but you also try to understand dear that he is also not having the driver, his driver is not well as you said, therefore it is just proviing your helping nature and now if it is too long that youíve been feeling uncomfortable then it is advisable to ask him that when will be the driver will be alright. And then tell your problem that Iím facing problem due to this therefore, you just hire a new driver if itís going to take long for the return of your own driver

    Dear aspirant,

It generally happens in corporate & all life that seniors/superiors like to utilise the facilities of juniors. In this case you should see your daily routine work.If it is possible to manage without vehicle for some days, manage it otherwise you should discuss your problem with your boss.If it is necessary to appoint any new driver, you can do it with the approval of proposal with your boss. You can appoint driver on the daily basis for a short period.

Second option is to hire a vehicle which will be available with driver of the owner of the vehicle. In such case also you need approval of proposal with your boss.

So see the situation & procced further.

    Thanks & good luck.

Dear friend you have expressed in your statement that your boss is borrowing your driver for his purposes and due to this you are to face a lot of problem now thinking what to do?

Whenever there is law less work you must not encourage or frustrate you take action against the injustice.
Your boss drivers' is unwell ok then why your allotted car driver to be borrowed by the boss, is it fair, or lawful.
I think if you have the good relation with the boss then you bear a day or 2(two) but you must not bear for
long time against your personnel opinion. You ask your boss friendly about the disadvantages you face due
to borrowing of driver then you advice your boss to hire driver for the time being there plenty of drivers avail able in lieu of satisfactory payment so boss should hire a driver.

    Thank You,

Dear you should manage this with your boss but work of company is more important than personal works of your boss and you will have to let them know about this because you are also a professional person and may not ignore the work but your boss will not understand easily so that first of all you should take a good and important task from your boss and if they say that you have to complete this task within 2 days then you should try to complete but do not complete it because you have to teach your boss that how much work of company is important so that you should not complete that work in 2 days and go at 3rd day after those two days and when your boss ask you that why didn't you complete the work within 2 days which were targeted then you should say to them that you brought my driver in last 2 days and that is why I could not complete the work on time and if you had not took him away from his real duty then I would have completed this work in a day but it could not get completed so I am sorry for that and then your boss will feel that work is more important and they will not take your driver for their personal chores

    All the best

    Hello,

Just relax your boss is also not having a driver so he is borrowing yours.

But he should not take him for personal work.

This behavior of your boss is wrong.

Your tasks are not completed on time because of him.

You can talk to your boss about it politely.

Tell him that his office work is not getting completed on time.

And this is because his car's driver is with him.

Also you can yourself go and drive car if you can.

After you are dealing with a boss.

So if he feels bad or gets hurt by your statement.

    You may have to suffer.

Hence, until his driver back, you drive the car.

Also you can learn it if you do not know.

It is always good to know many things and learn new things.

Do not worry about the car driver.

    All the best
