Boss being in bad mood to avoid discussions on employee’s problem

My boss is only concerned about his problems and companies profit. Whenever a co-employee goes to him regarding his any problem in office he keeps his mood so rude that anyone can be threatened from that. But is this kind of boss’s attitude is permissible in office?

    Hello Friend..

Off-course not, but he is you boss, you can do anything to him, you can't fire him , all you can do is , you can obey him and his way. My friend , as you are saying that your boss is only concerned about only his problem and don't listen to your problems, it simply means that your boss is a self centered person and he always care for himself, in this situation you all have two option that either you can try to sort out your problem by own , but it is not possible in every way in some major problem regarding company you have to go to you boss, make him realize that your problem is regarding to company and if he is not going to help you guys then that will cause a major loss to company. Talk to your boss in this way and I'm sure he will understand you and your point of view.

    thanks.

i recommend you report the matter to HR manager because he is the right person that you state your problems and also the grievance of employees are sorted out by HR department if your not addressed by the manager, this is not fair that employee needs to be happy and satisfied in giving his services to company. this kind of behavior is not accepted particularly an responsible person like your boss should address your problems and their requirement this not only enable your employees to do best but also will give a boost to companies upliftment also.
