Boss asked me to leave the job due to recruitment of single employee at two profiles

Without my knowledge a candidate has been appointed for two profiles in one salary. Due to which me and our office receptionist is asked to leave the job with immediate effect due to increasing company expenses. Will my company compensate us?

    Hello..

Friend , this is the reason why people say that now a days no private job is secure , and if any company will get more profit or in other words I can say when a company decrease their expenses having a single guy in two different post then they will do this , and that happened with you. Answering your question, am very sorry but yes any company can do this and you have to leave that job , all you can do is you can talk to your boss and only he can do something , so my friend give a last try and lets see what happens. Face this situation and make yourself more stronger , something good will happen.

    take care.

    Dear Aspirant,

The management has right to recruit any one for which he is not supposed to ask its employees. There are several wings in a company/organisation such as Administrative,Training ,production, processing ,marketing etc. Each wing has its own functions.

It seems the management is not happy with you. There may be any reason for it.Now since the management is asking you to quit the job,you should contact the manager HR or owner of the company & request to allow to continue your job. Also you should enquire of, if any mistake knowingly or unknowingly has been committed by you for which you should apologize & assure to work better & better in future.

If you request is entertained,it is alright otherwise don't resign till you are given notice period & meanwhile try for another job.

    Good luck.

    Hello...

Well...Though it is not an excusable one, you shouldn't stop your trials...

Meet your boss and let him know what exactly had happened...Specify that it happened accidentally and you need not know it...

And especially the way you Apologise matters a lot..!!

An Apologise with Assurance is much more important... Give him a word that, you never repeat such mistake again...

Apologising sincerely for your negligence may work out...!

    All The Best...

    ThanQ..
