Bonus is not paid to the employees even though it was there in the offer letter

My company does not pay the Bonus to the employees though some amount from the salary is been deducted every month on behalf of Bonus Allowances. If we contact the HR team they just ignore our queries or they tell it is related to PF & other allowances.

If your company has promised you to give bonus in the officer letter them they are liable to give you the same.

I don't know why they are deleting some amount every month on behalf of bonus allowance.

No employer has a right to deduct the amount as bonus allowance for giving bonus. Bonus has to be paid from the employers

pocket and not from the employees pocket.

    Hi buddy

I dont think your employers should do such a thing and give you your due right especially when they promised the same in your offer letter..I think there must have been some misunderstanding and you should go and clarify the same with your manager..Maybe the company is suffering from financial loss and thus are not giving you bonus..But ofcourse if for any genuine reason they are not giving you bonus, then they should also not deduct the allowance from your salaries..

If they are doing it on purpose then its very wrong on their part and they should not take part in such lowly practices..You should go and directly talk to your manager or some other high official regarding this and tell them to give some valid reason for not giving you the bonus inspite of mentioning the same in your offer letter..Also tell them not to deduct the allowance from your salary if they are not providing the bonus..

I hope they listen to you as its unjust on their part..Good luck friend

Many companies (mostly MNCs) will mention certain amount of money as bouns in the offer letter.

It mean that the employee who have performed at an average rate will receive that much of bonus.

If you perform above the expectations, you will be paid more bonus.

Some times if the candidate is not performed well for a peiod of time, he will get less bonus.

If there are any costs incurred for the company, it will give less bonus.
