    Biased appraisal for female journalists using critical incident method of performance appraisal

    Even though for every annual appraisal in our newspaper company, critical incident method of performance is followed. Editorsí team identifies achievements where employees performance is graded. Our news editor has written horrendous report about female journalists. Comparatively, we have received lesser hike. Please suggest what needs to be done.
