It's advisable not to join for these 15 days or one month because to break a bond you need some thousands to lakhs to pay the company if you join. So,make preparations for M.Tech and divert your mind towards M.Tech.You will get a good job after M.Tech.For joining in IIT you need to get good score in the entrance exam.

I don't think you must join and leave TCS and break the bond for doing M.Tech,if you want to do M.Tech than
    you should do that.
Breaking the bond will cost you with money as the company will ask you to pay
according to there policy also you won't be getting any experience certificate.
Moreover due to any reason if would be planning to join TCS again in future than this will make it difficult for you as by breaking the bond you
are spoiling your relation with the company

    $$ HI $$

$ If you break the bond then you need to pay the bond amount to TCS $

$ You can also move to RND in TCS if you performed well $

$ Else you can move to M.Tech. as per your wish $

$ So if you can pay amount for the bond then you can take TCS else move on to M.Tech. $

    $$ Thank you $$

When you join a job,you have to sign in a bond. When you want to break a bond you have to pay some lakhs. If you can pay that you may break the bond.Confirm your seat in M.Tech college and then break the bond. You can add this work experience in your resume after M.tech.

In my view it is not advisable to join TCS if you have a planning for higher studies (like doing MTECH in iit)or want to do RND in software. Suppose you have joined the company if you want to break the bondage signed to them you have some penalty like giving 2 or 3 month salary to them. So it is advisable to concentrate only in single field either job or study not in both the fields.

If you break the Bond then you have to pay the money to the company based on bond period. Otherwise they will not return your Certificate.

So Continue your job. Yo will have better future in TCS. If you are not interested then after few months leave the job.

    Hi,

If you want to go for Higher Studies , its better you don't take up the job in TCS

Breaking the bond leads to paying the penalty as mentioned in the bond .

Prepare for CAT exam and score good marks to get seat in IIM or IIT that will take you to next level of life

Taking up the job now and breaking the bond immediatley is not an ideal decision .

After completing Mtech , you can demand for R&D stream in any Company as you will be skilled professional at that period of time .

Note : No option to escape , if you break the bond ...

    Thanks !!!!!!!!

If you break the bond then you need to pay Rs 50k for the training charges.
There is a bond period of two years.
If you are planning to do M.Tech, R&D in the software field then you can join the company and work for the R&D arm of the company for two years,
Get yourself more familar with the environment and also prepare for the Exams for IIT and IIMs.
After two years of experience you can either resign or take study leave and do your M.Tech.
After two years if you r willing then join the company.

Hi guest,It will not be a good move to join the Tcs and then leave and break the bond. Breaking of bond will cost you to pay large amount. If you have decided to go for M.Tech who must concentrate only on studies not on job, after M.tech you will receive the good and better job offers. So don't join the Tcs as it may lead to spoil your image as you have broked the bond. Joining for 1-2 months will not gain you more experience nor the company will issue experience certificate. Thanx

I don't assume you require to be part of & leave TCS & break the bond for doing M.Tech,if you require to try & do M.Tech than
    you must try this.
Breaking the bond can cost you with money because the company can raise you to pay

what is more because of any reason if would be attending to be part of TCS one time more in future than this may generate it hard for you as by breaking the bond you

    Hello,

Don't be confused. Your aim is to join M.tech so go for that.

TCS is very strict about bond. If you want to break the bond you have to pay lump sum amount that you agreed in bond.

So don't join wait for admissions. If you afraid of getting better college join TCS after completing bond period pursue M.tech.

    HI,

TCS bond is for 2 yrs and it Rs 50,000.
If you have good score in entrance and definitely want to do M.tech, then you do what you dream of.
If you join tcs and break the bond, you need to pay Rs 50,000 while leaving and breaking the bond.
Be patient and take a wise decision.
Do one thing, give some family reasons and ask for extension for tcs joining.
    TCS will give extension.
If you get a seat in a good college, then leave tcs and join your M.tech college.
This will sort out your problem.
I would suggest you to go for further studies in M.tech.

    HOPE THIS IS HELPFUL!!!!!

It is not all advisable to join TCS for few months & then to breach agreement for your higher study.

It will be better for you to prepare well to get rank in GATE exam so that you could get your desired admission.

Joining TCS & breaching bond will create mental & financial problem, apart from loosing time for GATE prparation.

So think well & do accordingly.

    Hi ,

My suggestion is its better you don't take up the job in tcs.

Then bond period in TCS is 2years probably .

The penalty you need to pay for breaking the bond will be 50K or 75K.

Joining it for two or three months and then quitting is not a practical one.

Because bond breakage has high severity.

Since your very much clear in your career, of doing higher studies you can meanwhile engage yourself in some preparations related to it.

After completing your higher studies you will definitely get a better cup of tea than the present one.

As for now this is not your cup of tea.

    Best wishes !

I suggest you to please go for M.tech instead of joining TCS and breaking bond. If you sign a breaking bond with any company and break it, them you have to pay the required amount to the company. Moreover, TCS is a great organization, it will also affect your economic growth. So, its better not to join company then breaking bond and pay huge amount, also subjected to future growth.

    Hello

I dont think its a good move. In todays market i bet TCS is the best it job.

Plus if you break the bond you have to pay 50000. else you will get a court notice. Even after that if you dont pay the consequences might get worse.

Why can you stay at TCS for 2 years learn something and transfer to another company.

If you can afford to pay 50000 then go for it.

    Thank you

    Hi Friend,
I would recommend you not to join the company , if you have made your mind to go for M.tech.So that you would be focused on your MTech admission.
In between please do not think to join and break the bond, because not only you need to pay the bond amount, it will be recorded so in future it might cause issue to join back the same company again. Anyhow after completing your MTech you would be able to get lot more opportunities.

After completing your M-Tech course then you will also chance to join TCS company, but if you join TCS company
at that time then surely that you can't Do M-tech course in future.
If you have M-tech degree then you will have to chance in career in Scientist Fields.
    Best of Luck.
    Thanking you!

Re: Is it better to join TCS and then break the bond period?

    Dear Friend ,

Congratulation for getting selected in such a big IT giant TCS.

If you join TCS do not break the bond ,if you break you have to paid the bond amount. As your interest is in R&D department . All companies have R&D section perform well in TCS and get a chance to go to this department.

As you want to do M.Tech in IIT you have clear the GATE exam . if you get good score then get a chance in IIT.

If you get a chance in IIT then go for M.Tech don't think of joining TCS.
If you break the bond , in future you have trouble to join this company.
    now decision is yours.

    All the best!!!!!!!!

    Hello

You should not certainly break the bond as then you will have to pay compensation for the same depending on your company rules and also this is illegal and you should not indulge in illegal things..If you really want to MTech from august then its better you do some part time job in between where they pay you every week so that you dont break any rules or regulations..
So it will be certainly be good for your future also if you dont break any bond right now because this will give you a lot of trouble in the future if your employing companies will come to know about it..They may reject on this basis so its certainly not good for your career..
    Good luck

    Hello Friend,
If you are interested to join M-tech then wait for few months because after joining you wont get release so early.and if you have scored good marks in Gate then after completion of M-tech you can get offer from better companies with high packages so don't haste to join an company and leave it in between because that company may declare you abscond and you wont be able to join that company again in future so take decission carefully.

    Thank you.
