    Which is the best way to fill the vacancy of senior article analyst in the advertising company?

    I work as an HR in advertising company named as Infomedia. We have recently got a vacancy for senior article analyst position. Can we give a chance to junior employee for this position? Or should we find the source from outside? Which is the best option?

    Giving chance to the junior employees is not a good idea unless you have noticed something special in the juniors. Its ok to put a junior employee in that position if that person is capable and you have discovered his/her potentiality. If you haven't seen anything worthy in that person it would be risky for the company to place freshers in such a position.
    Recruiting from the outside is a good option but be wise with the selection, you should concentrate on experienced candidates. Experience plays a vital role in the success of innovations.

    Hi friend,

    I will suggest you to interview the junior employee and see whether they are capable of fitting in to the shoes of a senior article analyst.
    If you can't find one,then you can advertise about the vacancy in the newspaper and other websites such as - www.naukri.com.

    I'm sure you'll soon manage to find a suitable candidate for the post!
