    Hi friend

You surely will get a lot of benefits if you join a registered firm rather than joining some unregistered one ..The biggest drawback of an unregistered firm is that it can be fraud and if you are cheated they may suddenly disappear and you wont be able to do anything about it..Thus joining a registered firm gives you security against such issues..But firstly you verify that your firm is really registered or they are just trying to fool you with a fake certificate..

Also in a registerd firm you are sure to get all the benefits like leaves, provident fund, pension, gratuity etc..But i dont think unregistered companies provide these..Also you are certainly going to have more professional growth and more job security in registered firms..Also with these will come the biggest benefits of your salary which will be certainly higher and also your working hours will be less and working atmosphere congenial..

So take a wise decision and join only registered firms..Good luck...God Bless

Re: Benefits of working with a registered firm?

Dear-surely there are sharp differences if i compare with registered and unregistered companies.

1.unregistered company's rules for the welfare of employee will never be perfect like a regd.company.

2.registered company's salary/pf/leave all things are ate the ctandard company level.

3.if unregistered company suddenly dissolved then it is very hard to collect another job.

4.whenever you get employment you verify whether the company is reg. Or unregistered.

4.unregistered company at any time cheat/terminate/you without reason.

4.but in registered company they can not cheat/terminate you against their norms.

These are the demirits of unregistered companies.

    Thank you,

What I came to know is that there is no much difference between the registered and unregistered firm with regard to you are concerned. It is immaterial whether the firm is registered or unregistered.

Even in Indian Partnership Act there is no law that the partnership firm much me registered. It is the wish of the partners or it is the decision of the partners whether to register their firm or not. You will get all the protection similar to the protection given to the employee of the registered firm.

So nothing to worry even if you are working in the unregistered firm.

    Hello Friend,
working with a registered firm give you the security of job and most importantly the future growth.
because once you want to switch job from your previous job to a new one then there experience certificate is required but the experience certificate provided by the unregistered companies are not counted .and your work for those many days in that company will went in vain.
so for a career perspective its secure to start with a registered company.
apart from that in unregistered company they involve in many illegal work so with the company you may come into trouble .
in few of these un registered company they dont pay in time salary to the employees, and if the company goes down as they are not insured or have no registration you cant get your salary back.
and in these companies they dont follow any standard policy set by govt like working hours, shift timings, employee safety, safety of there future....
So its always advisable to start your career with a registered company.
    thank you.

Conjointly in an exceedingly registered firm you're absolute to get all the advantages like leaves, provident fund, pension, gratuity etc..But i dont suppose unregistered corporations offer these..Also you're definitely getting to have additional skilled growth and additional job security in registered companies..Also with these can return the largest edges of your pay which is able to be definitely higher and conjointly your operating hours are going to be less and dealing atmosphere congenial..
