    Hello friend,

As per the employment act of INDIA, all the government organizations are required to allocate some seats for the reserved categories. But this is not applied to the private organisations. There you have chances of selection only on the basis of your skill set.

    Thanks

    Hello,

I am afraid but there is hardly any reservation for the SC categories in the private sector.
The only thing the private companies want is to get the best for there company.
And if you think you can get without the reservation it is very good.
But there are many reservation seats available on the government sector.
    You should try there .

    -All the best

No,my dear Friend i don't think so you will get any benefit in private sector being sc candicate. A employer will look every one with equal eye regarding his/her sex, caste, religion etc only who are best in their work feild will get benefit. Best of luck.

private sector does not reserve seats for SC/ST students. There is no reservation in jobs in private sector. The selection is entirely on merit. But you can get benefit of your cast if you try in government sector. Government sector has reservation of 23% for SC+ST in various companies and various posts.Since your from CSE branch then you can try in AAI, SAIL. But if you desire to work in private sector then you would have to perform and compete with other category students.

I think there are no reservation for SC candidates in IT companies. The companies look only for the candidates those who have excellent skills.

The reservation is available only in Public sector. So to get good job in private companies you should have good communication skills and good knowledge.

Learn software courses and get complete knowledge on any one course like JAVA, DOT NET, ORACLE, SAP etc....Like this many courses are available.

If you get good knowledge on JAVA, you can get good job in any company many jobs are available on JAVA. Compared to other courses JAVA is better to get job easily.

    Thank you

    HI,

NO such facilities are not provided to SC people.
If in private sector also reservations will be made , then it would be difficult for general candidates to get job.
Private companies want best so no reservation scheme.
You better try for govt. job, that would be better.

    HOPE THIS WAS HELPFUL!!!!!
    GOOD LUCK!!

There are reservations for the SC candidates in the central and state government jobs.
But it is not there in the Private jobs, it is mainly based on the skill set and the knowledge.
Since the private sectors are based on the profit making business they need only the people with ability to work not on the reservation basis.
You work hard and get into the company it is very easy to get into IT companies, once you have the required skills.

dear payel, let me very clear to you.. is that there is no extra benefit for sc people in private sector... in private sector they want a perfect person with good communication skills and extra knowledge... in private sector they treat every person equally..
but if you are looking for government company there is some benefit for sc people.. so dear just concentrate on your marks don't think about sc quota something and all... build your knowledge as company requires..

    Dear Friend,

I do not think there is a reservation for SC candidates to get job in private sector.

You can get job in private sector only on the basis of your merit.

You should have good communication skill apart from having command over your stream concerned.

you can have reservation benifit in govt.as well as in public sector like NTPC,BHEL,SAIL etc with respect to age relaxation to 2 years and required % of aggregate marks only 60% i.e.5% relaxation in marks to others.

So be prepared to get job in pvt. sector on merits itself.

    Best of luck.

Hi guest, sorry to say but the private companies does not have any kind of reserved seats for SC candidates. Reservation in jobs for scheduled caste is present only in government sector jobs but not in private sector jobs. Private companies gives preference only on your knowledge, abilities and academic background while appointing you for a job, they doesn't believe on partiality in name of caste /sex/language etc. So in order to get appointed in private companies you need to give your best performance. Thanx

Re: Benefits for SC candidates in private sector? Is there any special seat reserved for SC candidates?

The only factor the non-public firms need is to urge the simplest for there company.
And if you're thinking that you'll be able to get while not the reservation it's excellent.
however there square measure several reservation seats accessible on the govt sector

private sector doesn't reserve seats for SC/ST students. there's no reservation in jobs privately sector. the choice is entirely on benefit. however you'll be able to get advantage of your forged if you are trying in government sector. Government sector has reservation of twenty third for SC+ST in varied firms and varied posts. Since your from CSE branch then you'll be able to attempt in AAI, SAIL. however if you need to figure privately sector then you'd need to perform and contend with alternative class students.

I think there are not any reservation for SC candidates in IT firms. the businesses look just for the candidates those that have glorious skills.

The reservation is on the market solely publicly sector. thus to urge sensible job privately firms you must have sensible communication skills and sensible data.

Learn package courses and find complete data on anybody course like JAVA, DOT NET, ORACLE, SAP etc....Like this several courses square measure accessible.

If you get sensible data on JAVA, you'll be able to get sensible job in any company many roles square measure accessible on JAVA. Compared to alternative courses JAVA is healthier to urge job simply.

There square measure reservations for the SC candidates within the central and government jobs.
however it's not there within the non-public jobs, it's primarily supported the talent set and therefore the data.
Since the non-public sectors square measure supported the profit creating business they have solely the individuals with ability to figure not on the reservation basis.
you're employed laborious and find into the corporate it's terribly simple to urge into IT firms, once you've got the specified skills.

Re: Benefits for SC candidates in private sector? Is there any special seat reserved for SC candidates?

    Hello Payal,
there is no such reservation facility in private sector for SC,ST,OBC.
here the selection is entirely depends on merit and skill, you can get reservation in Govt jobs but not in private.
they dont entertain reservation in private jobs because if that will happen then in india no general student get employed as there is more than 50% reservation policy in govt sector jobs.apart from that there is womens reservation also so dont expect anything like reservation will happen in private job.
    thank You.
