Being a victim of false accusations

I am working in a government organisation. Recently one of my colleague, who is my close friend , spread some rumour regarding one of the other colleague’s personal life. I tried to stop him but he didn’t listen. Now everyone is accusing me along with him for spreading such rumours. I am really tired of these false accusations. How to deal with such a situation?

    Dear Aspirant,

These things are very common in life when more than two persons are joined together.Even when two persons seem closer to each other, the third one tries to make differences between two.In this case the concerned person should stand on his own principle.Should not bother much for the rumors, because you can not keep close the mouth & mind of others.

So need not worry for rumors.Be perfect in yourself & have in contact with good peoples. The person gets result of his work done & work is done on the basis of thought within the concerned person. You must deny politely for any charges framed on you.

    Thanks & good luck.

    Hi friend,
This was not right on your friend's part. And when you told him also not to do it, he still did. He should be made to face the consequences and don't support him then. Your colleagues are also kind of right at their place. Friends are implicated too in such cases but don't worry and tell them very clearly that you were just not with him in all this. You tell them that you were infact not knowing anything of what is happening in anyone's life. It was not shared between the 2 of you. Tell them there is better work to think about and discuss. You will have to make your colleagues believe you so as to have as maintained relations with them. And as far as that friend of yours is concerned, maintain a distance from him and be on your guard. Afterall you have to draw a line somewhere. Friends are not everything.

    All the best

    Hello,

Firstly you have to identify those individuals who are the culprits in spreading rumors! Once you are aware of them, make it a point to avoid them as much as possible. They will continue with their habit of bitching others behind their back, and you cant stop them! So dont waste your time and energy making them understand that should not do what they have been doing. If you avoid their companionship you will be able to keep yourself away from such false accusations.Everyone is blaming you they have found you associated with the man who has actually spread the rumour. You can give a try to explain them the actual story,if they believe in it then well and good, otherwise leave it.But you make it a point to stay away from this man bitching others behing their back!

Dear aspirant I have seen your statement here you are afraid about your colleague who is spreading rumour with your another colleague , now you tried to stop it but he did not listen now you are accusing with him by other colleague.

Dear aspirant first of all you are to remain silent about the each and everybody's personnel afair at least in the
office here we have assembled for work/bread and butter not to black list a person. What is your colleague is
spreading rumour then what is your loss and gain. The person whom he is trying to blacklist spreading rumour
he can do something why you are tensed. It is an issue you know better you wait and see whenever right time
will appear then you do something for your friend this is not the official issue. You should stay far away about such issues in the office.Do your work accurately, sincerely and earn points from your boss for bright future. You must spread this mantra in the office that good work fetch good result. So, that do not spread rumour this will not fetch promotion.

    Thank You,

    Hello Aspirant,

The nature of the people is genrally to crticise others & boost himself, but in reality only few is perfect in this world. In fact no one should rise the rumors against any personal's life, but it is not happening. It is not now. What I observe,It is right from the creation of the world.

You should not worry much for blame that have been made upon you.You should confine to your right principle. If you go on fearing others, others will like to do so.There is no any written evidence that you can be punished for the same. When ever you are discussed & asked by any one, just deny for it.No one will do any thing against you.People may regret if they become familiar with your principle of nature. When the people are able to know that you are not in a habit of crticising others, they may realise that you were not involved in rising the rumors against the said person.

    Good luck.

Dear, It feels bad to hear that you are facing the punishment of the false deed which you haven't done.
You should first of all ask your that colleague to ask sorry from the person about whom he had spread the news. He should go and ask for appology from him.Rather he should also tell him that you are not having any relation with the spreading of the news.
If others are accusing you for this than tell them plainly that you are not one who had spread the news, the main person is your colleague and you have tried to stop him from doing so. And when the the victim is knowing who has done the wrong then you will have never face such kind of accusation.

Hope this suggestion will help you.
