Being an underpaid professional it's spoiling my resume

I am been appointed as Operations Manager at an automobile company which is a dealership. Seeing at my works i am underpaid as i am asked to do other profile jobs too which are actually not meant for me. Its a professional rule not to say NO to any work but this is spoiling my resume. Please suggest me some remedies against this.

In todays world Multi tasking is a key thing across companies.
This is followed across all companies and in all sectors.
Companies wants that its employees do variety of tasks and are trained for that.

So in you case also if you are asked to do certain jobs and roles apart from your key work, than you have to do that.
I presume that you are told to do this work only if you are free from your core work.

To get increase in Salary, you can always ask the higher management to increase your salary at the time of appraisals or
You can alsways look for bettwr job role outside where you may get a salary hike.

    Hi buddy

Such things happen in most of the companies today that they take more work from you and pay you less..But in order to maintain your job you have to do these kind of extra works also as then only you will have a permanent job and will not have to wander from place to place..

If you want job satisfaction and good professional growth then you will have to do what your employer says so as to maintain good relations with him as then only you will get your promotions and salary hikes..I think this is the only way of survival today otherwise you try to find a job which does not demand extra work from you othewr than your normal tasks..

Plus i dont this will spoil your resume..You work hard and impress your head and then i am sure you will get your deserved salary hike which will be certainly good for your resume..

    Good luck friend

    hello dear
Private firms have special way to stop the salary to pressure on employees.
Companies wants that its employees do all works of any variety .
you should be calm at this condition because salary is under cimpany.
in case also if you are asked to do certain jobs and roles apart from your key work, than you have to do that.
Once you get your salary, can quite tje job.
As you are told to do this work only if you are free from your core work.
Private company wants that its employees should be allrounder to do all task.
so they pressed for extra workings.
Sometimes it helps to employee but it can also spoil the career of any employee who does not have proper care of working.
    thanks
