As you are lawyer you must be capable of ensuring your clients that you are there to help them and they don't need to worry much as you are going to

take care of the matter for them.

As mostly in this field clients come with lot of worries and expectation.

You must have a confident attitude so that the clients can be sure that you can help them and thus they are with the right person.

Besides your attitude you must have an in depth knowledge about your subject as this will play a major factor in increasing your confidence.

So try to gain as much knowledge as possible. As you are new sometimes you will need to explain some points to your clients clearly . This

can only be done if you are first yourself clear.

So at this time is for building your image as a lawyer which will direct your career in future.

So be confident, cool and calm and never loose your temper as this profession requires a lot of critical thinking .

    Hello,

The task you have taken up is of huge responsibility.Different clients will be coming to you with different types of cases.Since this the starting of your career, you have to be polite yet firm in handling your clients. Many clients will come to you with vulnerable issues, but it is your responsibility to provide them full assistance.Make sure they dont find you unapproachable. You have to maintain a dignified personality but at the same time they should be able to express themselves properly so that they dont hesitate to disclose their problems to you.As a lawyer you should also make it a point to serve your clients in all possible ways.

    Dear Aspirant,

Congratulations for getting LLB degree. Thanks for having well thought to deal clients while practicing in court for verdict & justice to your clients.Only few are found in your opinion. Most of the professionals are interested to earn money as much as possible, exploiting the people.

You need not think much for your good opinion. As soon as you starts your profession in law, there will be so many seniors who may share you their experiences. Also you will start your profession under the guidance of some senior lawyer. He will tell you all the procedures to deal with your clients.

Of course, your thought is really appreciable. You should think to get verdict & justice for your client with minimum harassment all in physical, mental & financial. If you do so you may be one of the best lawyer among the people & will get the best regard from the public/clients as clients are vexed with delay in judgement which cause harassment in all three aspects as stated above.

    Thanks & good luck.

hi friend as you said that you are just finish your llb degree and now you are the newly joined lawyer . so in my suggestion what you have to do is that while you are talking with the client talking in a very politely way . so that the client was able t understand the way of talking of you and what you wasn't to say to her/him just be yourself and communicate with a better way and behave like a gentleman while you are firstly meet to the client.
thanking you hope you like my suggestion....

    Friend,

As a lawyer, the first and foremost thing you should have and maintain is 'Patience'..
    > As you need to deal with so many clients of different kind of attitudes, You are never supposed to take pressure on your mind...!! You need to think what exactly the problem is, and solve it very effectively...
    > Each and every client must matter you the same..!!
    > There should be no priorities between the clients...

    All the best...
