Being an Indian festival why no holidays for Holi in south?

India is land of festivals. And some festivals are celebrated all over India. I wanted to ask that if Holi is declared as one of the national celebration then why in south area offices have no offs on the occasion of Holi?

    Hello..

Friend , India is the country where you can find so much diversity in comparison of any other nation. I want to say that there are many festival of south India , which are not celebrated in north India , and there are many other festival which you also don't know , that is celebrated in India.
In a nut shell , I mean that popularity of festival in different places is different. Holi is celebrated with full joy , in north India and it is not so much popular in South area , so they don't have offs of holi.
    Hope you got my point.

    Thanks.
    Take care.
