    Is being the Agency Manager profitable or not?

    Reliance Life Insurance Sales Manager approached me and asked me to take the agency of Reliance Life Insurance. He explained how can I earn good money by this. I am completely aloof by all this, and not able to decide what should I do and what will be work exactly? Please explain.

    every work is do confidently hard work you get success so defiantly Reliance Life Insurance sales Manager give opportunity so let take this opportunity collect the Information regard that company then you can decided I think is very good to take this job and work hard

    I personly never thinks it will give you any profit.the company will just use you for their profit.my brother was also the agency manager of Bajaj alianzz.but he was in full loss.he drops out this after 2 years.the clients pressured you for their money & company not listen you.you comes under very burden & takes lots of tension.this may harm your health.it is never profitable.you will definatly fall in deep problem.believe me,never go for it...

    Yes this is good job, and Reliance Life Insurance is the best company we all know about this company. You can also get good salary in this company.

    If you do hard work in any field then definitely you will get success.

    Salary hike is depends on your qualification and your work experience.

    After 2 -5 years of experience you can get salary in the range of Rs.2- 5 lacks Per annum.

    You will have good future better to join in this company.

    You have to think and take a decision that suits the situation.
    If you are currently employed then compare it with the insurance job.
    Ask them more details like salary and other allowances, If you have prior experience in this filed then you can opt for it.
    This is something like door to door canvasing or making the people you know to join in the reliance insurance scheme.
    I have gone for the Bajaj Allianz program, they told me to make people to buy insurance and I will get benefits or a % of money from the insurance money but no salary.
    I have to depend upon the commission, if that is your case then leave it.
    Or if they provide you salary then you can go for it.

    hai friends

    the agency for the reliance life insurances is a good job

    but in this job ,you want to get the experience more

    want to be care fully in the insurance companies

    some times the company will blame on your ,so that the client put pressure on you

    in this job the tension is having so much and want to work hard so much

    compare the before job and this job

    compare the positives and negatives in the both ,and take the decision

    once the experience came in this job you can salary up to 3 lacks per annum

    it is also based completely on your working

    which means ,if your policies are high ,you can salary that much

    some times the client also blame you

    so be care full in these job

    in this case first go through all the details about the company and the job, about the salary, type of work you will do.

    clarify all the facts.

    but is not a good job , it doesnt provide a job stability.

    you will have to work hard but the salary will not be that good.

    there would be no stability in your work.

    so it will be better not to join .
