your credentials do speak for themselves and if you fit the bill of requirement for the post of manager then it is possible that you get the job you are seeking. however, if your terms of leaving the job were not cordial then it is possible that they may not hire you again.

As you have left the company yourself it becomes really difficult to get that post again because leaving

    the company was yours decision.

This also effected your credibility in front of the HR that in future you will not do this again,as process of hiring

a new employee is very costly both in terms of time and money so no company want's such employee's

that have past record of leaving the job in short time periods .

    Hi aspirant

You certainly have good qualifications and surely can be apponted as the power manager based on your calibre. Now as you have left the job due to some personal reason of yours but now you want to join the same job again, so i think you want to be power manager in the same company, you certainly are in a fix. You certainly are not on good terms with that company now because you rejected their previous job offer. So certainly they would have that at the back of their mind and fresh in their memories when you apply for the job now.

But certainly you should not give up due to this and try your best to win over them by your qualifications and personality. You should tell them why you had to leave the job previously and tell the true reason for it. If your reason does not have anything to do with the company's image then i think they will certainly understand you and give you the post if vacant. Also tell them you are willing to give your best to the company and surely will take it to further heights. Say it with confidence and they will be impressed for sure.

Otherwise go and find the job in some other company and i am sure you will get it. Good luck
