Dear Friend, you problem is not clear. if you could elaborate on it, people might help you in a better way. is it like your entire basic salary is deducted or only a part of it is being deducted? also you have said that there is some confusion regarding the allowance. what is the confusion? can you please elaborate? dear friend for your information, basic cannot be deducted for any allowance. it can be only deducted if you were absent and that absence is not paid (LOP). or if the basic was wrongly entered, they might have deducted to make the correction. so first get In touch with your HR and clarify the matter.... good luck...

In your case, the first thing is that you should take your latest salary slip and discuss this issue with your Immediate manager.
You should explain your problems with regards to you not getting the basic salary.
Your Manager will look into it and explain it to you.

If he also sees that you have not been paid the basic salary and you should have been paid and than he would write a mail to HR team.
HR team will look into the matter and solve it.
Please note that in offices all these things should be sent through email and than follwed verbally
Email is a record that you approached the person to solve the issue

    Dear,
    1. try to understand matter properly.
    2. Basic salary is the one only part of your salary that you are supposed to take at least.
    3. So clarify the incident from accounts dept.
    4. when convinced with the answer of accounts dept. ask the HR dept about the dispute if any.
    5. No doubt the confusion will shortly be fixed.

    bye take care.

    Dear Aspirant,

You need not worry for the said problem, because when there is problem, there is solution.Committing problem is very common by human being. You must write a letter to the Manager Account through proper channel stating the details of your actual salary & the salary received.Hand over the letter to the above said manager personally & explain the matter orally too.

Hope you will get the problem solved. If not,you may meet the head of your company, because you don't expect the cooperation from the manager HR.If you meet the head of the company,he may instruct the Manager Account to look in to the matter & to rectify it.Thus your problems will be solved.

    Thanks & good luck.

    Ashok..
