    Attrition in the organization has led to an increase in the workload on the existing employees

    I work with a private organization. Recently as many as 600 employees have left our organization. This has led to an increase in workload on the existing employees. The worst part is that we will not even be paid for the extra hours that we are going to put in. Please suggest how do we as employees bring up this plea in front of the Human Resource department.

    Dear friend

    It is sad to know that 600 people have left the organisation. 600 is a very big number and can tear down the efficiency of the company.

    I don't think you as employees could do anything about it, but i think you can bring up this matter in front of the management through the HR. You can suggest ways to retain the employees.

    Encourage the HR to employee retention strategies.

    Some of the retention strategies could be
    1. better pay.
    2. rest hours.
    3. better canteen facilities.
    4. reward and recognition scheme.
    5. sports and games.
    and such other stuff.

    hello.

    it is a big issue because in a particular time 600 employee's are resigned from your company.

    being you are a worker you can suggest some ideas to your HR for retain the workers,

    for that,

    *the company should give the salary in a correct time.

    #give some additional amount for those who are worked in extra time.

    *should not give overload work.

    #give some freedom in between work time.

    *to arrange work shift according to the workers possibility.
