    Dear Aspirant,

Your thought is very good if you get your house in early stage of your life, you will achieve one of the three basic needs out of food, shelter and clothing. Getting house is one of the costliest affair among the three. So,try to get your loan paper signed by your boss by convincing him with your means. You should appreciate and request him to get it done. Try to give some presentation on the important occasion so that he could sign your paper easily.

If you don't get success, meet the higher authority such as HR & M.D/CEO of the organisation,If your boss is not the head of your company. If He is the head, try to get your work done with the authority who is vey reliable & close to your head.

Hope you will get your paper signed by your boss at the earliest.

    Thanks & good luck.

    Ashok

    Dear Friend!

There may be the problem by your boss at the verification time by bank regarding home loan when bank call for your home loan verification in your company. Please familiar with your boss who is commenting on you. Even your boss is commenting on you. Please contact immediately company's HR or concern person and tell them your issues. Definitely they will take any actions against him. So that you can avoid from that.

    Hey!
This is a display of unprofessional attitude from people at power. It is saddening to know that people at high position tend to misuse their power by interfering in their personal lives. In such situations you need to stand up for yourself and show resentment towards such interferance. You should first begin by mentioning politely to your boss that you are not comfortable with the way he tries to find about his personal life. You should be firm that such a conduct will not be tolerated by you. You can say that you are a part of the organization as a professional and hence your boss should treat you as a professional.

If your boss doesn't understand through polite conversation then you should send an email where you tell him that such behaviour is not acceptable to you. Sometimes written communication is better than verbal communication because there is a certain seriousness associated with it. You should mention that there is a very thin line between personal and professional life and it is not advisable for either the boss or the employee to intrude into each other's personal life. You should also mention that you are a part of the organization to deliver quality work and that is all the boss should care about.

Incase your repeated efforts to tell your boss do not prove to be fruitful then you should simply start ignoring the comments that your boss makes towards your personal choice. You should simply turn a deaf ear to all the questions related to the amount that your boss asks you. This way your boss will not be able to continue for long and hence will ultimately refrain himself from asking you such questions. I hope your problem is sorted out soon. All the best!
