    Am I the employee of organization when work on contract basis? Where to complain for contractor’s exploitation?

    I work with an organization on contract basis. My question is am I the employee of this organization or not? Contractor exploit us in terms of salary, leaves matter. Where can I make complain for this all?

    Hi,


    Please take into account the following points :

    • Your the employee of the organisation
    • Company has the complete rights to support you/dismiss you at any time
    • Your work mode is not permanent until the contract ends
    • Make a complaint to your HR or respective Head of your domain to look after this problem
    • If the issue is related to salary , since your on contract basis company will not take any responsibility for this issue
    • At this case , reach out to your contractor head . If it doesn't work out
    • Either resign the job or adjust until the contract ends . This is the only way .

    If you work on a contract basis then you are like a daily wager there will be no benefits availed by you from the company.

    You will not get PF, GF or insurance.

    There will be no leave or other benefits.

    You will be a temporary work force and you can be sent out any time if there is no more work.

    Hi friend

    I think as you are working on contract basis you are not a permanent employee of the company but surely you can complain about the harassment you are facing from your contractor and your company will certainly do something in this regard..It is just that as you work on contract basis you are not allowed to get the benefits which the permanent employees get but you certainly can complain to your head if you are facing any trouble..

    So you should not sit quietly and let the contractor take undue advantage of you..You should go and complain about the behaviour of your contractor to the Manager or HR of your organization..Tell them how your contractor is exploiting you in terms of salary.leaves etc..I am sure they will listen to you and hopefully punish or reprimand the contractor for the same..

    Hello Friend,
    once you start working for the company ,you are part of the organization and its your right to get paid properly for your work as per your contract.
    and no body can prevent you from taking that.
    if any violation then you can complain to the higher authority by putting mail.
    if there is any employee grievance redressal portal in company then you can put your complain there .
    if this thing happening with all then you can all come together and ask the higher management to take action against that contractor.
    apart from that bring this to the notice of HR ,he will take action.in the last you can take legal action against him ,as you have the contract and all proofs no body can deny you justice.

    hello..

    if you worked as contract base employee means you are like a daily wager there is no benefits availed by you from the company

    you will not get insurance or PF, ESI

    you will not have any leaves and other benefits

    you always work

    I think as you're acting on contract basis you're not a permanent worker of the corporate however sure you'll be able to complain regarding the harassment you're facing from your contractor and your company will definitely do one thing during this regard..It is simply that as you're employed on contract basis you're not allowed to induce the advantages that the permanent workers get however you actually will complain to your head if you're facing any bother..

    ## if you joined in the company with then you are the contact basis job

    ##the company will not provide the any salary to contact basis employees

    ## the consultancy provide the salary to those contact basis peoples

    ##they will do work on Company but salary provide the consultancy only
