    After how many months gap normally an employee can join the same company from which he has reigned before?

    One of my friends has joined FIC Company as process associate and worked there for 1 year. Then he left that job and joined some other company. After 2 years he again came back and joined as a Team leader to the same company. Can an employee the company from which he had resigned before? If yes, after how many months gap?

    For getting gratuity as per the the gratuity act the employee has to be work in a company continuously for for more than 5 years. Since your friend has rejoined the parent company only after 2 years he is not eligible for getting gratuity. For getting gratuity he has to work for minimum 5 years from the date of rejoining. If a person resigned from a company before working for 5 years and he regions after a gap of even 10 days he has to count his service from the date of rejoining.

    Generally there is no limit of time for joining back again the company even after resigning. While resigning if you have stated in your application, you want to rejoin the company after some years then you can do so after that period. However you must note that it's not at all necessary that company will reappoint their employees, for appointing again their must be vacancy in that company which satisfy your educational qualification and also your's performance record must also be good.

    Hi ,

    See,my friend,each and every organization has it owns culture and climate.
    This culture is used to distinguish one organization from another.
    The culture basically lays down the guidelines that must be followed by the employees of that organization.
    In case an employee violates these guideline,then strict action must be taken against him.
    This is done so that the image of the organization does not take a hit in the market.

    Hence different organizations have different set of rules and guidelines that they follow while recruiting a new employee.

    You need to do a bit of work in this case.
    You need to find out the guidelines and norms of FIC Company regarding this clause.
    Try to find out what are the conditions under which an old employee can be re selected as an employee of the company.

    But another factor that will decide your fate is your performance during the 1 year stay of yours in the company.
    If you produced exceptional results during that 1 year,then the management can recruit you again regardless of what the norms and guidelines states.

    But along with this,there is a point that will go against you as well.
    Since you left the company just after 1 year,this will be there in the management's mind that this can happen again in the future i.e you might again leave the job after 1 year.
    This can leave the company in a fix if they are not prepared to face such a situation.


    So just go ahead and apply for the job.
    If you have the ability,then you'll surely sail through!

    Dear Aspirant,

    It is not certain to join again in the same company.Even if it is possible there is no time limit to rejoin the same company where one resigned previously.It depends upon the management of the company & the employee.If the terms & conditions between both the parties are good,one can be accepted to work again in the same company.Generally many employees don't want to go back to the same post in the same company.If he/she is selected for higher post,one can join after any time depending upon the time given by the employer.

    If the employee comes back to the same post after some time,the management may think that the concerned employee can not work elsewhere & in that case he/she may be exploited by giving over burden of works & providing less facilities.

    So see your position & decide further.

    hello friends...

    1)first of all no company will loose employee if he loose employee may not be take same employee in any organization

    2)if it will take when he has capability to do the ant work in the organization

    3)most of the companies not prefer the same employee when he come back

    4)if the employee comes back to the same post after some time,the management may think that the concerned employee do not work elsewhere

    5) in that case he/she may be exploited by giving over burden of works and providing less facilities

    6)this may be vary form one company to another company

    7)this taken will be based on the company rules and guidelines..

    ##company never loose the best employees

    ##if company lose the employee need not bother about that employee again

    ##if that employee has good work and good work capabilities then the company think about employee

    ##the management may think that the concerned employee do not work elsewhere

    ##this may be different form one company to another company

    ##the employee can rejoin may be depend on the management and his performance
