Afraid of losing my job due to family problems

I am working in a government organisation. Recently my work performance has gone down drastically due to my family problems as i am not able to concentrate on my work. So I am afraid that I might lose my job due to decline in my performance. How to deal with such a situation?

    hello,
you can handle the situation in an easy manner.dont mingle your office and family matters together as it may affect your job and career.you should not club both the problems together. you should not bring family matters in your job.
think with a positive attitude and how to handle the situation in an easy and within a small time.you should come out of the situation as early as possible.discuss with your friends about the situation and ask them for any solution as they can understand you in a better way.
everyone are having problems regarding family or job or something else, and the person who comes out with better solution is the winner.so dont get upset and come out of it as soon as possible.wish you all the best.
    thank you...............
