    Action to be taken for extension of leave period

    I am a manager of a small firm. Recently one of our employees took 5 days of casual leave but returned to the company after 10 days. He didnít even inform us about the extension of his leave. Now he is behaving like nothing has happened. What action should be taken against such an employee?

    Dear aspirant,
    you should take some legal action against that employee you can cut off some salary amount from that employee
    even he continue this behavior again then you can inform to your boss or give him written warning notice and if your boss say to fire him from the job
    you can but before that follow your boss.
