    Action against a Senior Officer for taking bribe?

    I am the manager of a private firm. Recently one of our Senior employee who was the core member of the recruitment team was found to take bribe inorder to recruit certain candidates who were unsuccessful in their medical round. What action should be taken against him in order to do justice to other fair candidates ?

    hello,
    yes this is a serious issue and you must take action against this. by this act of your manager only your company will be harmed.
    -->report about this to HR department
    -->report this to higher authorities too
    -->ask them to take strict action

    being manager he should not misuse his position, he must not take advantages . so you can report this too HR and higher authorities to take action against him. Good luck

    Hi buddy

    As a manager of the company, it is your duty to do that which will benefit your company and thus to remove anything or anybody who tries to create negativity in your workplace. Now your senior employee has done such a thing which if it goes outside the doors of your company, will certainly destroy its reputation. So its better that you take the necessary action against him as soon as possible so that such things are never repeated again.

    You should call him to your office and tell him that you have found out from some reliable resources that he has taken bribe in order to recruit certain candidates who were unsuccessful in their medical round. In this way he has cheated other candidates who were eligible by choosing the ones who were rejected on medical grounds. Taking bribe is a crime and is against the rules and regulations of your company. He should not have done such a thing being on such a high post. He is setting bad example for others as well. Tell him that he will be immediately terminated from his services for doing such an illegal thing.

    I am sure then he will learn a lesson that he will never forget. Good luck and Thank you
