    Action against employee for stealing company’s products

    I am working in a private company as a manager. Our company is mainly product based. Recently it has come to my notice that one of the employees is stealing the products manufactured by our company and that too frequently. What steps can be taken against him?

    Dear sir, I have read your statement one of your employee stealing company products manufactured by your
    company and too frequently,what steps can be taken.

    Before taking steps you are to think deeply only one person is stealing company products How?


    1.There are store keepers who is guarding the product.

    2.Definitely there is darwan at night how he over come such barrier.

    3.There must be lock system how he open.

    4.Why the targetted person is not apprehended directly.

    5.then it is sure one of the high official who is leading the company.who have the enormous power and

    trusted person by all, is doing the stealing of the company's manufactured goods very skilfully.

    So if there is proof you all apprehend him and give notice ultimatum if there is any kind of falsification is found

    you will be suspended at once and to be reported to the Police department, first time as you are colleague we have

    given a chance to rectify yourself from such odd doings.

    dear friend

    first of all clearly check all the points
    that who is the actual person stealing the product
    because single person cant do this type of difficult work
    so check other persons who are with him in this shameful work
    after finding that give them their termination letters
    because they are not trust worthy person now

    Hello,

    This is a breach of trust. You should talk to him immediately and tell him that you
    have sufficient evidence about his stealing of company peoducts. You should take
    disciplinary action against him and ask him to retuen the company goods. If he does
    not confess his crime them you can also lodge an FIR against that person.

    Stealing of the goods by the employee is not good as it's effects it's profitability and also other employee may also follow the same. Before taking action against that employee, you must need to find out the loope hole in internal system due to which the company products are been stoled and try to correct it so that nobody can repeat the same offence. You can register a police complaint against the company. You can seize the security money if it's earlier been taken. You can also charge a penalty against him. And the best way is to terminate him from his job.

    Hi,

    Stealing of goods/money is a crime for any organisational policy....hence it can't be tolarated that a person is stealing goods from office.

    Be cautious...get evidence of that before initiating any thing...there are several process for getting him terminated..but think twice regarding the proof of stealing as it relates to some one's bread and butter.

    Get enough proof and then discuss with the higher authority...Also ask them to handle them the issue separately so that in no case your name is highlighted....but reimber again, enough proof shuld be there in your hand before taking any decision..
